As CEO of the not-for-profit organisation Shaping Portsmouth our Vision is to "Transform Portsmouth Together" and the mission that support that is to create sustainable collaborations and innovative programmes which make Portsmouth Britain’s premier waterfront city in which to invest, live, learn, work and visit. We run 13 programmes and 12 projects covering the areas of Business, Education & Community which are managed by our six part-time staff and over 150 volunteers.
